Biography
Henry Hart Spalding (1839-1898), business owner and operator of Almota, WA, was the son of Henry Harmon Spalding (1803-1874) and Eliza Hart Spalding (1807-1851), pioneer missionaries in the Pacific Northwest. His sons, including Marcus W. Spalding (1897-1975) were actively engaged in various businesses in Almota.
